I don't have a mobile phone can I still use the system?
Yes, you have two options. When you register you will need to enter a phone number, this could be your home phone number. We will use this phone number to identify you. Yes, there are a two possible solutions, register with your current mobile number, including your home country calling code first. So if you are from Germany your country code is 0049 and your mobile number might be 0151 999 4444, so when you register your mobile number would be +491519994444. You could use this mobile every time you rented a nextbike, or call from a public phone and enter your registered phone number when asked (491519994444) and PIN. This way we can send you a TXT with the bike rental information in it each time
