Returning the bike properly is important so that bike is secure and we charge you the correct amount. Nextbikes can be secured to any bike rack in the Return Area marked here. To secure the bike put the bike lock through the security loop at the back of the helmet, as well as the bike frame and bike rack.

Call 09 909 9090 from your registered phone and the system will say:

"Please enter the number of the bike you wish to ride or return"

Enter the number on the back of the bike and the system will say:

"If you are returning the bike to the same rental station press 1, if you are returning the bike to another rental station press 2."

Press 1 or 2. If you press 2 the system will say:

"After the beep please clearly speak the street address of the rental station where you are leaving the bike, press the # key when you have finished recording"

The system will then say:

"If you would like to rent or return another bike press 1. If you would like to report any problems with the bike press 2."

You can return all of the bikes you hired by repeating the above steps
