When you register you will need to enter a phone number and PIN, we use these numbers to identify you. The phone number could be your home landline. When you wish to rent a bike, call from a nearby public phone and you will be asked to enter your registered phone number and PIN so the system can identify you.

Do not use the phone number for your hostel or hotel.
