New Zealand law states you must wear a helmet when you ride a bike.

We have made sure that each bike has it’s own easily adjustable helmet. These are cleaned, checked and regularly replaced, along with everything else on the bikes.

When you return the bike put the bike lock through the security loop at the back of the helmet, as well as the bike frame and bike stand.

If you have your own helmet just put the Nextbike helmet in the basket when you ride.
