Calling to ride a bike is easier than phone banking. Regular users take less than 1 minute to be riding or returning a bike.

Make sure that you have your mobile phone is set to “Send my caller ID”, and it is worth turning the volume up or putting the phone on loudspeaker.

When you call 09 909 9090 on the mobile phone you have registered with us, our computer will automatically recognise your caller ID and say:

"Enter the number of the bike you wish to ride or return"

The system will then say:

"Please open the lock with the code XXXX. When you have finished with the bike lock it and the helmet to the rental station and give us another call to end the ride."

The system will then go on to repeat the codes and the instructions for the lock.

The lock codes are sent to your mobile phone by text message.

The system will then say:

"If you would like to rent or return another bike press 1"

You can rent upto 4 bikes on one account.
